The B&B is placed in a green zone at the first suburbs of Bologna, near the football stadium Renato Dallara and close by the Guardia Mount, on which is built the famous Saint Luca’s sanctuary.
The B&B is nearby the Bologna bypass and the A1 highway Milan, Florence, Rome (exit gate:  Casalecchio sul Reno); moreover it is at a short distance from the Palamalaguti and from the Guglielmo Marconi airport.
The flat is in a three floors building, at the second floor; there are two bedrooms rentable for customers.
   

The B&B Baratta Favata offers to customers 2 double rooms: one has its own bathroom, the other one has the bathroom on the corridor.

The rooms are well furnished, there are television and refrigerator; the flat is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is served in the kitchen; a sitting room with television and internet point is available.
